Gamulet Bracelet

I love jewellery. Adore it, in fact. I've had my heart set on getting a simple silver bracelet for a while but couldn't find somewhere with good quality products and a reasonable price, until I came across Gamulet*.

I opted for the classic silver clasped bracelet for £20.95. Every other bracelet I had seen, of the same kind, from other brands had been £50+ so to get something of the same quality for a fraction of the price was perfect.

I opted for two charms, I opted for two birthstone charms; the crystal pave charm for £19.95 and also the February pave charm for £14.95. I also had my eye on the march birthstone for £14.95 and the rose gold pave charm for £19.95.

Overall, I'm thrilled with my choices and will definitely be heading over to Gamulet anytime I need a fair priced, beautiful, charm.

Ghost Girl- DARE TO BE YOU!

One of my first ever perfumes was a Ghost  perfume and I've been in love with the brand ever since. This month I was asked to feature their, fabulous, new launch- their new fragrance that dares you to be YOU!

The bottle is beautifully eye-catching with phrases such as "Love me" and "Adore me" scribbled all over the see through bottle in bright colours.

The fragrances top notes are pear, bergamot and raspberry with tuberose, almond blossom and orange blossom as base notes. I've never been particularly good at describing scents so I tend to describe them in emotions, the emotions I feel after smelling this are nostalgia and a "free" feeling- everything associated with my teen years. I'm turning 20 this october so this is definitely a fragrances I'm going to clinging onto *cue Taylor Swift 'Never Grow Up'*

The fragrance made me remember simpler times and to have a massive throwback I decided to visit my favourite place as a teen, London Bankside. Food, amazing art and memories made for the perfect mix and I couldn't resist taking a few photos.
As this perfume has become a permanent addition to my handbag I decided to do a little "what's in my bag" post for you.
1. MAC lipstick- Dark lipsticks make all of my outfits go from day-to-night.
2. Coconut Hand Cream- An absolute holy grail for dry hands.
3. Headphones- I detest small talk, headphones have never failed to save me from them, and so, I never leave home without them.
4. Mints- For when Channing Tatum happens to hop on your tube. A girl can dream.
5. Lip balm- Especially with winter coming, this is a must.
6. Seche Vite Nailpolish- Ladders in tights + hairy legs= the worst pairing. A little trick I learnt this year was that if you put clear nailpolish over a ladder it prevents it from ripping any further- ingenious, right?!
7. Ghost Girl Fragrance*- The star of the show. I rarely keep a perfume in my bag for more than a few days, purely because I have so many but I cannot let go of this. I'm in love, must be something in the air, har-har.
8. Hairbands- For when your hair is being unruly or you've eaten one too many donuts and fancy a spontaneous Blogilates session.
9. Armani Exchange Purse- Bacon butties don't buy themselves.
10. Keys.
11. Calvin Klein Glasses- I'm as blind as a bat but they're also extremely handy for concealing how tired my eyes look.
12. Umbrella- I live in england. That is all.

If you're interested in buying the new Ghost fragrance it's available in boots stores now.
Buy 30ml for £25
Buy 50ml for £34
Buy 100ml for £46
I've also noticed that you get a free heart coin purse with your purchase, so what are you waiting for? #DareToBeYou

GHOST fragrances have been on a bold journey of self-discovery and unveil their edgy side presenting a brand new feminist floral that is complimented by a brand new look and feel. The scent, like the campaign is bursting with attitude for the strong, daring and fun-loving girl of today.

Their most fearless fragrance to date, this intoxicating scent marks a change of direction for the brand adding a young, mischievous edge to the existing classical collection.

Relaunching my blog! (Before + After photos included)

Blogging was my first love, recently Youtube caught my eye but never once did my love for blogging, and reading blogs, stop. I do however find that I pour my heart into my newest adventures and neglect the adventures already embarked on (apologies for the soppiness of this, i'm listening to "All of the Stars" by Ed Sheeran- gets me every time).

Whilst I have been updating my blog occasionally, I haven't been giving it anywhere near the love it deserves. I still had my theme I made back when I first started in 2013- partly because I made it at the beginning of my blogging adventure and partly because I don't like change. However, over the past month I've been wondering how to update my look and make my blog more current and a little nicer to look at. I got designing and made a blog header and the rest I left the master of blog design- pipdig. I am thrilled with the results- this is my new refurbished little corner of the internet and I love it. Here are the before and afters.

The Coolest Hotel In Scotland- Citizen M Glasgow

This is a bit of a random post, but I'd thought it'd be unfair to keep this little gem to myself. Apologies for the image quality, this is a spontaneous review so all photos were taken on my iPhone.

Recently I went to Glasgow for an audition and found a lovely hotel for a fair price close to where I was going, but didn't think much about it. It was a short walk from the station (about 10-15 minutes) all along one straight road so was really easy to find. When I walked in there were three screens with self check-in points where you wrote your surname, email address or number to identify yourself, then you swipe a card and you're free to go up to your room- by far the smoothest check-in I've ever experienced! Another thing I liked was they gave me an option of views from my room.

The lifts are so secure, you actually have to swipe your card to go onto each floor, apart from the floors to the bar and lobby, naturally. As I was travelling alone I was a little nervous but this really settled me! I then walked into my room and let out a little 'wow', I was shocked! I'd looked online and the rooms looked rather small but when I got in there was a lot of room, what fools you is the bed is XXXXL, literally fit for a giant, and pushes from wall to wall which creates an illusion of a smaller room.

The giagantic bed faces a plasma TV loaded with free films and a bunch of TV shows, naturally I opted for keeping up with the Kardashians...
When I finished watching TV I got the nibbles and popped down to the bar/food area, everything was self service and they had things from different stores, my favourite being a box of yo sushi. They also had hot foods, pastries and drinks. The Sicilian lemonade stood out for me as I was parched so I picked that up too.
After that it was bedtime and I went for a shower. The shower jumps out at your as soon as you walk in because it's lit up, but I hadn't actually checked it out, and as I walked in I was like 'WOAH'- it had a waterfall shower! And a normal one for those who aren't really feeling the waterfall.
When I came out I noticed an iPad by my bed, and my god I am so glad I did.  You could click one button and all the lights would switch on, and vice Versa. There was also a colour wheel where you could change your shower to almost any colour, my favourite was the blue. Another awesome feature is the 'moods setting', I was on the 'romance' setting- dimmed lights, shower pink and the TV on but when playing I clicked on 'business' and all the lights switched on, the shower turned blue AND THE TV TURNED OFF. Where was this when I was pretending to revise for school tests?? I mean.. I swear I worked really hard...
After a long snooze I woke up, packed my things, took a shower and then trotted downstairs to breakfast. I opted for yogurt and granola which was scrummy. I also bought a few lemonades for my family as they were very jealous that I was having some so I thought I'd surprise them, I know, daughter/ sister of the year.

Overall, I loved my stay. The staff were friendly, everything was as stated on the website, the room was clean and the price was very fair for what you get. I paid £79.80 and thought it was well worth it, they have locations all over the world, listed on their website here: http://www.citizenm.com/home

We the hatters

I'm going to keep this post short and sweet. I recently found this amazing website and adored all the designs on their website. I opted for the personalised name necklace in sterling silver and the infinity ring.

The items are really great quality and i have gotten endless complements on both of them. Buy the necklace (here) for £65 and the ring for £10 (here).

(excuse the orange hands, i may or may not have had a fake tanning disaster.)

Dove Go Fresh Pomegranate and Lemon Verbena deodorant and nourishing body wash

This is post is going to be a little different to the rest of my posts as it's talking about the side of looking after your self that isn't discussed much.

No-one likes to talk about sweaty armpits and nobody wants them so I thought i'd share my favourite and the most efficient deodorant I have come across.

The scent is really fresh and quite strong. It's about 50:50 lemon:pomegranate and the smell lingers all day which i really like as most deodorants lose their scent after a few hours. There's a matching shower gel which when paired with the deodorant further enhances the gorgeous scent. The deodorant isn't white or powdery and lasts a long time. Besides smelling delicious the shower gel is also moisturising.

Buy the deodorant for £3.50 (here)
Buy the shower gel for £2.40 (here)

Upper Street- Design your own shoes!

I'm a big ole procrastinator. My favourite new procrastinating tool is Upper Street. It's a luxury shoe designing company which has the most fun website. You can design your own shoes choosing the style, colour, texture, how many straps you want on your shoes if any and so much more. The best part? You can actually purchase the shoes after you design them!

Here are a few of my own creations:

Although they do come with a hefty price tag they would make a lovely, personal, gift and as the shoes are made of high quality materials they do tend to last a while. Visit the website (here).
